1. Oversee the commercial flows of finished products to international store networks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
2. Manage logistics operations, commercial management, and customs and transport operations.
3. Handle return flows, including transfers, repairs, defect management, surplus and unsold inventory, and store returns.
4. Support store networks in optimizing sales and enhancing customer loyalty.

1. Proven experience in after-sales management or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of logistics and commercial operations.
3. Familiarity with customs and transport operations.
