Hermès After-Sales Customer Relations Assistant

- Provide guidance and support to stores on various after-sales topics, prioritizing quality and responsiveness.
- Assist in handling customer articles or store inventory, including procedures, commercial rules, and dispute management.
- Act as a liaison between stores and other after-sales departments, ensuring optimal information flow.
- Manage and track after-sales product cases in the ERP system, resolving any IT anomalies.
- Handle urgent shipments and monitor re-shipment orders.
- Actively follow up on ongoing cases, particularly urgent or overdue ones.
- Draft official correspondence and internal communications.
- Contribute to the development of new system views to support stores.
- Identify at-risk cases and recurring issues, promoting exceptional team achievements.
- Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School (minimum third year), with a successful initial experience in commercial assistance or sales.
- Strong customer orientation with a keen sensitivity to quality in client communication and relationship management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with recognized writing skills in both French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and rigor, with a commitment to collective success.
- Comfortable with IT systems.
Previous experience in commercial assistance or sales is preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School (minimum third year).
