- Provide administrative assistance for real estate operations.
- Manage administrative correspondence.

- Create new suppliers in the MEO system.
- Manage and order office supplies.
- Coordinate ISITRAC courier shipments.
- Book meeting rooms.
- Assist in organizing various events.
- Support the implementation of new tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BTS 2nd year).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong database management skills.
