- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a prompt manner.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline billing and collection procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
