- Oversee and manage the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable function.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or financial management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
