1. Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
2. Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain accurate records and control reports.
3. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
4. Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
5. Assist in month-end closing and prepare analysis of accounts as needed.
6. Support the finance team with audits and other financial projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

1. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial information.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
