1. Assist in maintaining the accounting records for 18 production and distribution companies, the Hermès corporate CFA, and the Hermès corporate foundation.
2. Manage accounts payable by entering supplier invoices, considering specific accounting, tax, and analytical requirements.
3. Master the dematerialization and validation flow of invoices.
4. Prepare payments and monitor deadlines to ensure timely supplier payments.
5. Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of supplier accounts.
6. Reconcile intercompany accounts.
7. Maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers, including circularizations and follow-ups.
8. Prepare DAS2 declarations.
9. Conduct accounting closure operations, including monitoring and analyzing provisions related to supplier accounts, foreign exchange differences, and account justifications for consolidation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BAC+2)

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general information systems

No prior experience required, but a structured apprenticeship schedule of 2 days in school and 3 days in the company is preferred.
