Hermès Accounts Payable Assistant

- Assist in maintaining the accounting records for 18 production and distribution companies, the Hermès corporate CFA, and the Hermès corporate foundation.
- Manage accounts payable by entering supplier invoices, considering specific accounting, tax, and analytical requirements.
- Master the dematerialization and validation flow of invoices.
- Prepare payments and monitor deadlines to ensure timely supplier payments.
- Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of supplier accounts.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers, including circularizations and follow-ups.
- Prepare DAS2 declarations.
- Conduct accounting closure operations, including monitoring and analyzing provisions related to supplier accounts, foreign exchange differences, and account justifications for consolidation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BAC+2)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general information systems
No prior experience required, but a structured apprenticeship schedule of 2 days in school and 3 days in the company is preferred.
