Hermès Accounts Payable Accountant

- Process supplier invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and verifying accounting allocations, VAT rules, and analytical imputations in collaboration with management teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for management teams regarding invoice accounting queries.
- Act as the liaison with suppliers for follow-ups, account statements, and inquiries.
- Prompt operational teams to formalize purchase orders.
- Communicate and escalate issues and disputes to the supervisor.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and analyze and justify account balances.
- Monitor advance payments and account for provisions during closing periods.
- Support the team in various accounting tasks and adhere to group procedures.
- Participate in managing correspondence and supplier follow-ups.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
- 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Desired proficiency in English.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
3 to 5 years of significant experience in Accounts Payable is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2/3).
