1. Receive and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate accounting and analytical treatment.
2. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and verify accounting allocation, VAT rules, and analytical imputation in collaboration with management teams.
3. Serve as the point of contact for management teams regarding invoice accounting queries.
4. Engage directly with suppliers for account statements and follow-ups.
5. Prompt operational teams to formalize purchase orders and communicate issues or disputes to the supervisor.
6. Reconcile and analyze supplier accounts, including monitoring advances and accounting for provisions during closing periods.
7. Support the team in various accounting tasks and adhere to Group procedures.
8. Manage correspondence and supplier follow-ups.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2/+3).
2. Minimum of 6 years experience in accounts payable, preferably in an industrial setting.

1. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
2. Desired proficiency in English.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Team collaboration skills.
6. Discretion in handling sensitive information.

A minimum of 6 years in accounts payable within an industrial environment is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2/+3).
