Hermès Accounts Payable Accountant

- Receive and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate accounting and analytical treatment.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and verify accounting allocation, VAT rules, and analytical imputation in collaboration with management teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for management teams regarding invoice accounting queries.
- Engage directly with suppliers for account statements and follow-ups.
- Prompt operational teams to formalize purchase orders and communicate issues or disputes to the supervisor.
- Reconcile and analyze supplier accounts, including monitoring advances and accounting for provisions during closing periods.
- Support the team in various accounting tasks and adhere to Group procedures.
- Manage correspondence and supplier follow-ups.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2/+3).
- Minimum of 6 years experience in accounts payable, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Desired proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
A minimum of 6 years in accounts payable within an industrial environment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (Bac +2/+3).
