Hermès Accounting Intern

- Assist the Financial Services Accounting Manager in establishing accounts for the Holding and various Hermès Group entities.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, digitalization, validation flows, payment preparation, and deadline adherence.
- Perform regular supplier account analysis and reconciliation, including intercompany accounts.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external suppliers, handling circularizations and follow-ups.
- Conduct accounting closures, including provision tracking, exchange rate variance analysis, and consolidation reporting.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing for services and rent, aged balance analysis, and client follow-ups.
- Support treasury operations, including bank entries and reconciliations.
- Participate in general accounting tasks such as quarterly intragroup flow reconciliation and ad-hoc studies for accounting and management control.
- Assist in preparing annual accounts, tax packages, and management reports.
- Engage in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, accounting contacts within the group, controllers, and operational staff.
- Currently pursuing a DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion).
- Previous experience in an internship or apprenticeship within a company or accounting firm.
- Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Curiosity and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate or accounting firm setting is required.
Currently pursuing a DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion).
