Accounting Intern

1. Monitor, investigate, and report credit card disputes, collaborating with store directors for timely responses.
2. Participate in the periodic hard close process.
3. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
4. Assist with monthly journal entries and account true-ups.
5. Assist with inter-company bill back and reconciliation.
6. Assist with Lease Accounting Project.
7. Support the Accounting department with various ad-hoc projects, including audits.

1. Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.

1. Excel expertise including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, Index/Match, Sumifs.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Retail POS software is a plus.

No specific experience required, but relevant coursework or previous internships in accounting or finance are beneficial.

Interns are paid an hourly rate of US $20.00.

Part-Time schedule accommodating academic commitments, exposure to various teams, mentorship, networking opportunities, and participation in a capstone project.
