Hermès Accounting Intern

- Monitor, investigate, and report credit card disputes, collaborating with store directors to ensure timely responses to merchant services.
- Participate in the periodic hard close process, including balance sheet account reconciliations and discrepancy investigations using SAP.
- Assist with monthly journal entries and account true-ups.
- Support inter-company bill back and reconciliation processes.
- Contribute to the Lease Accounting Project.
- Provide support for various ad-hoc projects, including audits, within the Accounting department.
- Enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, Index/Match, and Sumifs.
- Familiarity with SAP and Retail POS software is advantageous.
No specific prior experience required, but relevant coursework or projects in accounting or finance are beneficial.
Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree program.
Interns are compensated at an hourly rate of US $20.00.
Interns will gain real-world experience, participate in a guest-speaker series, receive mentorship, and collaborate on a capstone project.
