Hermès Accounting Assistant

- Perform diverse accounting and financial tasks within the Hermès Cuirs Précieux accounting department.
- Participate in six annual financial closures.
- Engage with accountants, financial controllers, operational staff, Hermès Group contacts, and suppliers.
- Manage supplier accounting, including invoice entry, account analysis, and payment tracking.
- Oversee client accounting, including payment tracking and client reminders.
- Handle general accounting tasks, including asset management and closure operations.
- Contribute to accounting processes and projects, including procedure documentation and project collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (BAC+2 or +3).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with information systems; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred, particularly in a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
