- Process and manage expense reports and payments using a digital system.
- Record and monitor vehicle rental invoices.
- Control and account for travel invoices.
- Input rental and transport invoices.
- Manage and account for travel expenses (Carlson).
- Oversee internal control of expense reports.
- Input and record supplier invoices through a digital invoicing system.
- Reconcile invoices with delivery notes.
- Perform accounting and analytical allocations of invoices.
- Handle accounting for general expenses and stored purchase suppliers.
- Participate in inter-company account monitoring.
- Reconcile and analyze supplier accounts.
- Manage disputes and follow up with suppliers.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities (FNP and CCA).
- Manage the aged supplier balance and DAS2.
- Currently enrolled in a DCG program and seeking a 2-year apprenticeship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Dynamic, organized, and rigorous.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and service-oriented.
No prior experience required, but a strong academic background in accounting is essential.
Currently pursuing a Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DCG).
