Hennessy Product Assistant — Rare Editions (Intern)

- Support the product roadmap for Rare Editions, including development of limited editions and coordination with creative agencies and packaging teams while respecting budgets and launch deadlines.
- Contribute to creative development: build moodboards, concept and storytelling materials, and manage iconography and product mockups.
- Assist execution of 360° marketing plans: prepare shoots, coordinate digital activation, draft campaign materials, and support event and PR activities.
- Develop and maintain marketing assets throughout the year to promote institutional offers during key commercial moments and support in‑store activation programs (personalisation, POS tools, service rituals).
- Analyze campaign digital performance and contribute to post‑campaign reporting and insights.
- Monitor competitive landscape, franchise performance, consumer behaviours and luxury trends; prepare presentations for marketing leadership.
- Prepare and support meetings with senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Current Master’s level student (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing or equivalent, in final year of studies.
- At least one prior professional experience (ideally ~6 months) in marketing, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Excellent written communication in English; French proficiency is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and with external agencies.
- Organised, creative, curious, rigorous, autonomous and capable of synthesising information quickly.

- Content creation and storytelling (moodboards, visual concepting, iconography)
- Stakeholder coordination and agency liaison
- Event and activation support (shoot preparation, PR coordination)
Early‑career / internship level; a first internship or 6‑month marketing experience in luxury is preferred.
Master’s level student (Bac+4/5) in business, marketing, communications or equivalent.
