Hennessy Junior Financial Controller Intern

1. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and dashboards for international activities.
2. Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including variance analysis and consolidation of regional inputs.
3. Perform financial analysis to identify key trends, drivers and opportunities for performance improvement.
4. Act as a business partner to regional finance teams, helping translate local operational data into corporate reporting.
5. Contribute to digitalisation initiatives for reporting tools and take part in cross‑functional finance projects.
6. Draft concise, data‑driven presentations for internal committees and management reviews.

1. Enrolled in a higher education programme in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent.
2. First internship experience in management control, financial audit or corporate finance is an advantage.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and PivotTables.
4. Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and numerical literacy.
5. Good oral and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
6. Motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.

4.5‑day workweek (Friday afternoons off); integration into the Maison's intern/apprentice community (100+ participants annually).
