Hennessy AI Project Manager Intern

1. Support operational delivery of the IA Mastering programme: maintain training schedules, track attendance, collect and synthesize participant feedback.
2. Consolidate and report adoption and performance indicators for the programme; contribute to regular reporting to stakeholders.
3. Coordinate with HR, Learning and Internal Communications to ensure alignment of training logistics and messaging.
4. Co‑facilitate and progressively lead segments of AI training sessions; analyse user feedback and propose improvements to content, format and pedagogy.
5. Animate and administrate the internal network of AI champions: organise meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and follow up on field issues.
6. Contribute to identification and qualification of IA & data use cases through interviews with managers and subject‑matter experts; document non‑technical constraints (data quality, business fit, limitations).
7. Support planning and execution of flagship IA events (e.g. internal IAthon): scoping, preparation, facilitation and capitalization of outcomes.
8. Prepare materials for IA steering committees: structure presentations, synthesize key topics and assist in formalising decisions and priorities.

1. Enrolment in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with the capacity to commit to a six‑month internship.
2. Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel and Word; comfortable in a Microsoft 365 environment.
3. Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and facilitate in group settings.
4. Curiosity about AI, eagerness to learn, proactivity and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
5. Rigour, organisational reliability and capacity to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently.

Beginner level — targeted at students already familiar with professional or collective work environments. Prior internship or academic project experience in project support, learning & development, or digital transformation is advantageous but not required. No advanced technical expertise in AI is expected at start.
