1. Process supplier invoices for designated categories (Services Matières Sèches year 1; transport and ORECO storage costs year 2): receive, scan into SCAN and verify data capture in KOFAX (supplier, invoice/credit note, invoice date, due date, OA status).
2. Check mandatory invoice details, recoverable VAT, general ledger and cost‑account coding, intercompany codes and payment due dates.
3. Launch and follow SCAN work‑flows to obtain required approvals and validate invoices in SAP after matching with received purchase orders; record non‑PO invoices following payment authorisations.
4. Handle supplier enquiries and follow up on supplier reminders.
5. Scan other accountants' supplier invoices as required and perform filing and archiving of routine dossiers.
6. Prepare documentation for external auditors and respond to audit questions.
7. Support other accounting positions as needed and prepare a monthly analysis of payment due dates for continuous‑improvement meetings (second year).

1. Enrolled in a DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) programme for a two‑year apprenticeship.
2. Rigorous, highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
3. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Discretion, intellectual curiosity and a strong appetite to learn.
5. Basic proficiency with office software; willingness to master company accounting tools.
