Guerlain Trade Marketing Project Manager - Spas

- Oversee the deployment of 360-degree marketing initiatives, ensuring the accurate forecasting, dispatch, and monitoring of POSM consumption.
- Manage the implementation of animations and events for product launches and peak commercial periods.
- Create and adapt communication materials, such as brochures and email campaigns, tailored to the specific needs of each spa location.
- Produce sales support tools and manage the logistics of uniforms and linens.
- Monitor and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Propose and organize events in collaboration with spa partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for event execution.
- Conduct post-event analyses, evaluating KPIs and providing actionable insights for performance optimization.
- Provide feedback and competitive analysis to enhance future initiatives.
- Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A foundational experience in Trade Marketing or Operational Marketing, including internships, is preferred.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
