Guerlain Trade Marketing Project Manager - Spas

- Oversee the deployment of 360-degree marketing initiatives, ensuring the quality and consistency of brand expression across all Guerlain spas in France.
- Manage the process and calibration of POSM, including forecasting, dispatch, and consumption tracking.
- Coordinate the implementation of animations and events for product launches and peak commercial periods.
- Develop communication materials tailored to spa needs, including brochures and email campaigns.
- Produce sales support tools and manage logistics related to linens and uniforms.
- Maintain budgetary oversight for marketing activities.
- Propose and organize events in collaboration with spa partners, ensuring alignment with merchandising and CRM teams.
- Manage event participants, both internal and external, and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Conduct post-event analyses, evaluating KPIs and providing insights for performance optimization.
- Offer strategic recommendations for enhancing trade marketing effectiveness and competitive positioning.
- Master's degree in business school or equivalent educational background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A foundational experience in trade marketing or operational marketing, including internships, is preferred.
Master's degree in business school or equivalent.
