- Coordinate and manage agency and vendor relationships.
- Develop and execute a social media calendar aligned with HQ and local marketing plans.
- Manage key platforms (e.g., LINE, X, @cosme, LIPS, online communities) with both brand and performance mindset.
- Identify emerging trends and integrate relevant innovations while maintaining strict alignment with Maison DNA.
- Promote social media best practices and performance accountability within the organization.
- Elevate reporting standards and structured insight sharing.
- Act as a bridge between local teams and HQ regarding social-related topics.
- 5+ years of experience managing social media or digital marketing in Japan.
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working in KPI-driven environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Business-level English (written and spoken) and native-level Japanese writing skills.
- Structured thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in luxury, beauty, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Experience contributing to integrated digital campaigns.
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with measurable performance.
- Comfortable presenting structured insights to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrates potential for broader communication leadership development over time.
