Guerlain Retail Sales Animator

- Act as the Maison’s ambassador in assigned stores, embodying Guerlain’s brand values and ensuring premium client experiences.
- Drive sell-out and market share growth across the assigned perimeter through targeted in-store activations and commercial follow-up.
- Plan, implement and animate regular point-of-sale events and promotional activities; monitor performance and deliver quantitative and qualitative post-event reports.
- Train, coach and develop boutique teams and freelance consultants on brand ADN, product knowledge and selling techniques; present new launches in-store.
- Coordinate closely with retail managers, area managers and store teams to align on targets, merchandising and promotional execution.
- Manage inventory processes and stock alerts, place special orders, monitor out-of-stock situations and ensure compliance with merchandising planograms.
- Maintain active market and competitor observation and report insights to the commercial team; produce regular sector and store reports.
- Ensure rigorous use of internal tools and processes (Ophone, Klee, reporting platforms) and respond proactively to requests from France leadership via Teams.
- Degree: Bac+2 (BTS), business school diploma or equivalent.
- Driving licence (category B) and mobility across the assigned sector.
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
- Proven interpersonal skills with a strong client-service orientation and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to analyse sales data, produce concise reports and draw actionable conclusions.

Entry-level role; a first experience in retail is expected. Experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail and prior involvement in in-store activations or sales training is an advantage.
