- Define and execute the 360-degree launch strategy for assigned categories.
- Develop information on launch objectives and product presentations.
- Analyze results and competitive landscape.
- Prepare budgets and conduct monthly tracking.
- Organize events.
- Collaborate with Digital and Training departments to address business needs.
- Prepare regional and head office reports and presentations.
- Coordinate and execute the Trade Marketing plan within scope.
- Implement soft merchandising projects related to key areas.
- Ensure effective local execution of merchandising plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of three years of experience in trade marketing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
