Guerlain Retail Development & Performance Manager

- Develop and implement retail strategies to enhance performance across department stores, boutiques, and multi-brand stores.
- Lead retail operational activations and project implementations at the point of sale level.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and HQ stakeholders to improve retail team efficiency and client experience.
- Analyze retail performance indicators and propose action plans to optimize results.
- Ensure alignment with Guerlain's retail strategy and implement HQ guidelines in operated markets.
- Manage clienteling activation and oversee customer experience monitoring in collaboration with the Education Team.
- Coordinate retail marketing operations and trade animations, including high-profile promotions and pop-ups.
- Support distribution strategy by evaluating productivity and profitability per location and aligning action plans with Area Managers.
- Identify and address the needs of National Ambassadors and create career paths for their development.
- Enhance customer journey and retail efficiency through collaboration with Marketing, Digital Teams, Education, Finance, and IT.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a retail environment or consulting agency specializing in retail project and tools implementation.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent networking and collaboration skills in an intercultural context.
- Ability to motivate and lead diverse retail teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to innovate and promote change.
- Empathy and strong listening skills.
- Fluent in English.
