1. Oversee and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service levels.
2. Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics providers and identify areas for improvement, proposing corrective or preventive action plans.
3. Manage daily interactions with logistics providers, ensuring financial oversight of contracts, including validation of invoices and budget variance analysis.
4. Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to optimize warehouse operations.
5. Benchmark logistics best practices and encourage innovation in warehouse management, including the evaluation of new technologies and solutions.
6. Collaborate with internal IT teams and logistics providers to develop and optimize logistics software solutions.
7. Ensure impeccable customer service levels for B2B and e-commerce orders, analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

1. Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and planning tools.
2. Strong data analysis skills and KPI management expertise.
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
4. Understanding of financial and contractual aspects of logistics services.
5. Interest in technological innovation and software development in logistics.
6. Familiarity with B2B and e-commerce logistics requirements.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Leadership and team management abilities.
9. Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.

Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in managing logistics operations in a warehouse or industrial setting, ideally with experience in overseeing logistics providers.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
