Guerlain Logistics Provider Manager

- Oversee and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with logistics providers and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage financial aspects of logistics contracts, including budget variance analysis and cost optimization.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma within warehouse operations.
- Benchmark best practices in logistics and encourage innovation in warehouse management.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure exceptional customer service levels for B2B and e-commerce orders, including delivery timeliness and quality management.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and logistics providers for software development and optimization.
- Lead innovation and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in logistics operations management, preferably with provider management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and planning tools.
- Strong data analysis skills and KPI management using Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Understanding of financial and contractual aspects of logistics services.
- Interest in technological innovation and software development in logistics.
- Familiarity with B2B and e-commerce logistics requirements.
Minimum of 5 years in logistics operations management, ideally with experience in managing logistics providers.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
