- Develop a robust international strategy for Press, Influence, and Celebrity engagement to ensure qualitative brand presence and visibility.
- Construct a comprehensive activation plan for Influencers, Opinion Leaders, and Celebrities, identifying profiles that will serve as true ambassadors for the brand.
- Collaborate with the Events and Corporate teams to execute brand events that offer immersive experiences and inspiration, reflecting the brand's universe.
- Oversee the drafting and production of press materials that serve as strong image vectors for Guerlain.
- Establish and nurture privileged relationships with Celebrities and Brand Ambassadors.
- Create and manage the annual budget for the International Press Department, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Define and communicate guidelines to markets for the coordination and orchestration of 360-degree press, influence, and celebrity actions related to campaigns and long-term brand values.
- Implement and lead annual international cross-functional sharing sessions.
- Consolidate market-specific requests and needs to anticipate necessary adaptations.
- Define key performance indicators for major annual events, ensuring clear communication to markets.
- Establish centralized performance tracking tools to consolidate market feedback and monitor action impacts.
- Analyze results, share best practices, and develop action plans to refine future activations.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in PR coordination roles within an agency or company, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong strategic vision and understanding of Image-related topics and their business contributions.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including team management experience.
- Creative thinking and conceptual intelligence with the ability to develop and convey brand storytelling.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging influence trends and global and local celebrity news to identify relevant partnerships.
- Pragmatic approach to project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to express and write with finesse and subtlety in both languages.
Minimum 5 years of experience in PR coordination roles, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business, or equivalent, with a Master's degree preferred.
