1. Draft and implement new procedures and ensure their compliance.
2. Enhance business processes.
3. Monitor documentation and ensure adherence to existing internal procedures.
4. Conduct ad-hoc operational audits and internal control assessments.
5. Develop awareness materials on internal control topics.
6. Participate in the annual Internal Control campaign at headquarters and subsidiaries.
7. Plan and participate in ad-hoc audits conducted by Guerlain's internal audit teams and the P&C division.

1. Master's degree from a business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree specializing in audit and internal control.
2. Ideally, prior experience in audit and internal control or with an audit firm.

1. Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong writing and synthesis capabilities.
3. Curiosity and good listening skills.

Entry-level, suitable for beginners with some exposure to audit and internal control.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
