Guerlain Industrial Project Engineer

- Lead industrial investment projects from initial need assessment to production, ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and cost objectives are met.
- Gather and formalize user requirements across production, quality, maintenance, and industrialization, drafting detailed specifications.
- Consult, select, and manage suppliers and integrators, including conducting tenders, technical and financial analyses, and negotiations.
- Plan and coordinate project phases, including studies, manufacturing, FAT, installation, SAT, and qualification.
- Ensure regulatory and normative compliance of equipment, including machine safety, CE, and BPF/cGMP standards.
- Manage project investment budgets and contribute to the development and monitoring of the CAPEX plan.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks related to technical aspects, scheduling, costs, and safety, proposing appropriate action plans.
- Support teams during commissioning, ensuring smooth transition to production and maintenance.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products and workshop evolutions in a growth context.
- Propose improvements to technical standards, project management methods, and industrial performance.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects within the company.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Degree in general engineering or a technical engineering discipline, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams towards common goals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in technical project management within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
