1. Lead industrial investment projects from conception to production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, timeline, and cost objectives.
2. Gather and formalize user requirements and draft technical specifications.
3. Select and manage suppliers and integrators through tenders, technical and financial analysis, and negotiations.
4. Plan and coordinate project phases including studies, manufacturing, installation, and qualification.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative standards for equipment.
6. Manage project investment budgets and contribute to CAPEX planning and monitoring.
7. Anticipate and mitigate project risks and propose appropriate action plans.
8. Support teams during commissioning and ensure smooth transition to production and maintenance.
9. Participate in the industrialization of new products and workshop developments in a growth context.
10. Propose improvements to technical standards, project management methods, and industrial performance.
11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
2. Degree in general engineering or a technically-oriented engineering discipline.

3. Proficiency in English.
4. Rigorous and methodical approach.

A minimum of 5 years in technical project management within relevant industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
