Guerlain Industrial Project Engineer

- Lead industrial investment projects from conception to production, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, timeline, and cost objectives.
- Gather and formalize user requirements and draft technical specifications.
- Select and manage suppliers and integrators through tenders, technical and financial analysis, and negotiations.
- Plan and coordinate project phases including studies, manufacturing, installation, and qualification.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and normative standards for equipment.
- Manage project investment budgets and contribute to CAPEX planning and monitoring.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risks and propose appropriate action plans.
- Support teams during commissioning and ensure smooth transition to production and maintenance.
- Participate in the industrialization of new products and workshop developments in a growth context.
- Propose improvements to technical standards, project management methods, and industrial performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Degree in general engineering or a technically-oriented engineering discipline.
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire and mobilize teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Rigorous and methodical approach.
A minimum of 5 years in technical project management within relevant industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
