Guerlain Data Analyst Intern

- Facilitate the adoption of dashboards and analytical tools within the CRM BI framework at headquarters and across markets.
- Manage the BI backlog, including evolution, prioritization, and user feedback.
- Identify actionable insights to optimize activation strategies through ad-hoc analyses such as customer profiling, purchasing behavior, and CRM campaign performance.
- Contribute to the quality, reliability, and enrichment of CRM data.
- Participate in the design and deployment of training plans to enhance data tool adoption.
- Prepare and conduct workshops with business teams to understand their needs, identify operational challenges, and discover business opportunities.
- Coordinate communication between business teams, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
- Final-year student in business school, engineering, or university with a specialization in data or analytical marketing.
- First experience of 6 months as a Data Analyst.
- Proficient in a data visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong command of English.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, effective communication, and strong writing and synthesis skills.
- Teamwork skills and comfort in communicating with stakeholders from various disciplines.
- Curiosity, rigor, business acumen, and a desire to learn.
- Proficiency in a programming language and Dataiku is appreciated.
