Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback from the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Develop and nurture talent within the team, ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Support and guide Client Advisors during store opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans to address opportunities.
- Drive a superior client experience by fostering a hospitality mindset among team members.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Capability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Base salary range of $72,000-$80,000/year, dependent on experience and location.
