1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and brand heritage.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
5. Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up on sales and client requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Maintain visual display standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines.
10. Organize stock room and understock areas neatly.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
2. 1+ years of service-related work experience.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in technology.
5. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Competitive hourly wage plus base commission.
