1. Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues promptly.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures.
4. Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
5. Submit all required tax-exempt and 8300 forms as received.
6. Communicate discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
7. Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
8. Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
9. Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
11. Oversee store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with management support.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
3. Proper work authorization to work in the United States.

1. Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software.
2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
4. Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
