- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
- Develop and nurture team talent through recruitment, retention, and development initiatives.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experience and personalized client development opportunities.
- Utilize clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition.
- Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to meet goals and KPIs.
- Monitor Client Advisor performance and ensure clienteling excellence.
- Support company-driven local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results.
- Manage client flow and resolve service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
- Model Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
- Maintain knowledge of competition and local trends.
- Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors for ongoing development.
- Lead performance and development conversations with direct reports.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans.
- Lead engaging morning briefings and communicate key business objectives.
- Ensure cross-category selling and team capability.
- Participate in attracting and recruiting new team members.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new team members.
- Manage employee relations in partnership with Store Directors and People Partners.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor store KPIs and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Analyze store results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team on product feedback and stock management.
- Support store and online product sales through digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and adhere to company policies.
- Plan and schedule team coverage according to traffic flow and capabilities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of four years in sales management within the retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $70,000/year CAD to $85,000/year CAD.
