- Guide and inspire the team to deliver superior performance through a client-focused approach, ensuring excellence in customer experience and sales ceremonies.
- Conduct real-time team management on the sales floor, providing briefings and coaching to achieve sales targets across all product categories.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand and its values, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Ensure a professional and supportive work environment, promoting mutual trust and exemplary management practices.
- Provide close support and regular feedback to team members to ensure their development, motivation, and alignment with company culture.
- Conduct monthly evaluations with team members, implementing action plans to enhance performance as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the Store Director and HR on all team-related HR matters to find appropriate solutions.
- Support store openings and closings as required.
- Deliver strategic and aligned communication during morning briefings when necessary.
- Develop and support the team on the sales floor to enable them to sell across all product categories.
- Inspire and guide the team to deliver a unique client experience based on Gucci's excellence, ensuring customer reception is a fundamental aspect for sales associates.
- Ensure the team engages in long-term client relationship building and loyalty.
- Coordinate client development activities with the team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Evaluate sales associates' performance, working with them regularly to achieve excellence in client-related matters.
- Coordinate client flow in the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance by product category and proactively implement actions to meet store commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Director and merchandising team to provide real-time feedback on sold products, stock status, and specific client requests to drive revenue.
- Ensure all sales associates develop their product category knowledge through available training programs.
- Proven experience in team management within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and client relationship management.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving sales targets.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
