- Guide and inspire the team to deliver superior performance through a customer-centric approach, ensuring excellence in client experience and sales ceremonies.
- Lead and coach the team in real-time on the sales floor to achieve sales targets across all product categories.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci's values and excellence in all areas.
- Ensure a professional and supportive work environment that fosters mutual trust and exemplary management practices.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team to ensure their development, motivation, and alignment with the company's culture.
- Conduct monthly evaluations and implement necessary action plans to enhance performance.
- Act as a liaison between the Store Director and HR on team-related matters to find appropriate solutions.
- Support store openings and closings as needed.
- Deliver strategic and aligned communication during morning briefings when necessary.
- Develop the team on the sales floor to enable them to sell across all product categories.
- Inspire and guide the team to offer a unique client experience based on Gucci's excellence, ensuring customer reception is integral to the sales process.
- Ensure team commitment to long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Coordinate client development activities with the team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Evaluate sales performance and work with the team on client-related matters to achieve excellence.
- Monitor sales performance by product category and proactively implement actions to meet store objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Director and merchandising team to provide real-time feedback on product sales, stock status, and specific client requests.
- Ensure all sales associates develop their product knowledge through available training programs.
- Proven experience in team management within a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
