Gucci Product Care Specialist

- Manage daily customer complaints and follow up on inquiries using a ticketing system.
- Investigate customer issues and resolve them in collaboration with local service providers.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Center in Italy.
- Ensure presence on the sales floor to directly address customer quality inquiries.
- Interact with customers in-store to facilitate straightforward solutions to complaints.
- Monitor ticket processing times to meet customer expectations and ensure timely responses.
- Train team members on after-sales procedures.
- Support the stock team as needed.
- Assist the sales team on the sales floor when required.
- Strong service orientation and customer satisfaction focus.
- High quality awareness and service mentality, reflected in teamwork.
- Reliability, solution-oriented approach, and hands-on mentality.
- Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English, additional languages are advantageous.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
