Responsibilities
- Manage the entire after-sales and product care process in the boutique.
- Serve as the liaison between stores, local suppliers, and the customer service center in Italy.
- Handle daily customer complaints and follow up on requests using a ticketing system.
- Examine customer issues and collaborate with local service providers for resolution.
- Work closely with the customer service center in Italy.
- Ensure presence on the sales floor to address quality inquiries directly from customers.
- Interact with customers to provide simple solutions for complaints.
- Monitor ticket processing times to meet customer expectations and ensure timely responses.
- Train the team on after-sales procedures.
- Support the stock team.
- Assist the sales team on the sales floor as needed.
Qualifications
- Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High quality awareness and service mentality.
- Reliability, solution-oriented approach, and hands-on mentality.
- Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
