Gucci Operations Controller

- Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference.
- Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
- Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
- Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
- Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
