- Guide clients through the buying journey, from collection discovery to product selection and post-purchase services.
- Present and promote the collection in alignment with brand standards.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product characteristics, styles, and trends.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and client relationship management.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer service role is required.
