- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using company tools (CRM) to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing appropriate follow-up.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Ensure visual display of products aligns with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales targets and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
