- Consistently achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through outstanding customer service and sales quality.
- Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain a well-organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and appropriate follow-up on sales or inquiries.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Uphold store security standards to ensure the safety of clients, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Support the visual presentation of products in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in luxury fashion sales, ideally in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and build lasting client and colleague relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in French and English.
A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
