- Exhibit extensive product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Present products compellingly to engage customers through storytelling.
- Maintain an adequate and appropriate stock level on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and client reservations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security protocols to prevent theft and loss.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
- Ambassador of the brand and its values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passion for fashion and luxury
- Fluency in French and English, with a third language preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Teamwork capability
Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
