Gucci Retail Trainer

1. Collaborate with Store and Team Managers to integrate training into daily operations, including store briefings and on-floor coaching.
2. Identify improvement opportunities and provide training solutions to enhance sales performance and ensure a consistent client experience.
3. Partner with Store Directors and Retail Leaders to assess staff competencies and deliver targeted training.
4. Support onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing training to maintain high performance standards.
5. Track training effectiveness using internal tools, mystery shopping programs, and sales impact analysis.
6. Lead training programs to elevate customer interactions, ensuring personalized service and brand loyalty.
7. Provide real-time feedback and support to refine selling techniques and client interactions.
8. Develop in-depth product knowledge programs and deliver engaging product training sessions.
9. Work cross-functionally with store leadership, regional retail teams, and global training partners to identify training needs.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally including retail management.
2. Previous experience in training departments or roles focused on training and development.
3. Strong influencing and communication skills.
4. Project management experience.
5. Comfortable working in a store environment with flexible attendance shifts.
6. Strong retail business acumen.
7. Knowledge of adult learning methodologies.
8. Proven experience in presentations and people development.
9. Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.
10. Strong analytical mindset and cultural sensitivity.
11. Adaptable with a proactive, positive attitude.
12. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
13. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary is $90,000.
