- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
- Develop a local and international client base and seek to recruit and nurture top clients.
- Some experience working in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
- Passion for and sound knowledge about Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and days, including weekends.
Some experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment is required.
