- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
- Utilize effective selling techniques in a warm, elevated manner to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude.
- Select appropriate products for clients and employ cross and upselling techniques effectively.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities.
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective for transactions critical to a positive client experience.
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Foster open communication with team members, collaborating to propose effective solutions.
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice.
- Attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to offer optimal solutions.
- Combine styling knowledge with product offerings to best serve the client.

- Participate in store operations such as stock maintenance and inventories.
- Adhere to policies and procedures focusing on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Process all POS transactions accurately and ensure precise client information capture.
- Contribute to maintaining the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
- Follow company grooming standards and policies.
- Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies.
- Manage general store administration and functionality.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using retail technology and systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing environment is required.
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
