- Process POS transactions accurately and ensure proper client information capture.

- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a luxury retail environment.

- Proficiency in using in-store technology and POS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role is required.
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
