Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, engaged customer service and support.
- Offer advice on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with regular customers.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to personalize future interactions.
- Ensure optimal presentation of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-end retail; fashion/luxury experience is advantageous.
- Enjoyment in interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Sales-driven with the ability to successfully close sales.
- Enjoy working in an international and familial team.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its products.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Affinity for a digital environment.
