- Present the collection adhering to brand standards, showcasing product characteristics and trends.
- Represent the brand to clients, embodying company values and enhancing brand image.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Support store management activities as needed.
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to embody and represent the brand's values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
