- Represent the brand to clients, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, from collection discovery to product selection.
- Manage returns and exchanges with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends.
- Present collections adhering to brand standards and values.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury brand positioning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in Korean and English is advantageous.
A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fashion or retail management are a plus.
