- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs, while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products and heritage.
- Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse clientele, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction.
- Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing clients and identify potential high-value customers.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth and development.
- Facilitate open and constructive communication with team members, fostering collaboration and proposing effective solutions.
- Assist in managing product visual displays in line with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic vision to develop the business and a high commitment to the Gucci brand.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service, comfortable initiating communication with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a desire to be part of a motivated group with a common goal.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or related fields.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
